HVAC Bid Amendment and Extension

All labor and material to provide and install the following:

1- Front Lobby: (2) 4 ton condensing units and evaporating coils installed on existing units. Complete with refrigerant lines, liquid, and suction driers, drain lines, duct connection, and flue pipe connections as needed. 208/1 phase, max fuse 45 electrical.

2- Locker Rooms (North Basement): (2) 3 ton ground mounted package units. Complete with ductwork, registers, return grille, propane kits, digital programmable thermostats. Exterior ductwork to be lined with 3# insulation and sealed. Units to sit on concrete pads. 80,000 Btuh input, 208/3 phase, max fuse 30.

3- Main Gymnasium: Removal of (4) existing unit heaters and (2) fans. Installation of (2) 20 ton ground-mounted package units. Complete with ductwork, registers, return grille, propane kits, digital programmable thermostats. Exterior ductwork to be lined with 3# insulation and sealed. Units to sit on concrete pads. Ductwork to enter building through existing penetrations. Any additional framing that is needed. 250,000 Btuh input, max fuse 125.

4- Coaches office and changing rooms (South Basement): (1) 5 ton ground mounted package unit. Complete with ductwork, registers, return grille, propane kits, digital programmable thermostats. Exterior ductwork to be lined with 3# insulation and sealed. Unit to sit on concrete pad. 120,000 Btuh input, max fuse 40.

5- All Purpose Room (Elementary): (2) 15 ton ground mounted package units. Exterior duct to be lined with 3# insulation and sealed. Units to sit on curbs on concrete pads. Complete with ductwork, registers, return grille, propane kits, digital programmable thermostats. 250,000Btuh, max fuse 90.

6- All electrical, plumbing components, and any other item needed for complete operational installation of items 1-5 will be provided by the contractor awarded the bid.

Bids shall be sealed and addressed to Dr. Josh Angel, Superintendent, no later than 5:00pm on February 18, 2020. It is the responsibility of the bidder to follow all legal mandates including, but not limited to, requiring: compliance with prevailing wage requirements, required safety training, documentation of participation in a federal work authorization program, and provide a performance bond.
