MCE hosted the Greater Ozarks Conference Band on Monday, April 28. Students from participating GOC schools worked with a guest clinician throughout the day and auditioned for GOC All-Conference honors before an afternoon concert for the public. The following MCE musicians were selected for All Conference honors by ranking top 3 in their respective section:
Percussion: Evan Mabary (1st), Helen Graves (2nd), Lorelei Stokes (3rd)
High brass: Elijah Baker (1st), Blake Salyer (3rd)
Low brass: Jaxson Rice (2nd), Spencer Aubuchon (3rd)
Clarinet: Annabelle Hargrove (2nd)
Flute: Hunter Edgmond (3rd)
Low woodwinds: Malachi Foster (2nd), Morgan Vandzant (3rd)

MCE will host the Greater Ozark Conference Band on Monday, April 28. The 3:00 PM concert is open to the public and will be held in the MCE Fieldhouse.
MS State Meet Results
Isaac comes home with a pair of state medals in the 800 and 1600, lowering his own School Record in the 1600
The girls 4x800 (Colf, Wilson, Back, Sims) also runs a School Record in route to an All-State performance
Overall a solid day with many athletes narrowly missing scoring/placing
Looking to end the season strong and make a strong push in our last two meets at Fair Grove on Wednesday and the GOC Conference meet the next week at Spokane
