Did you know the state has changed the required number of college hours to be a substitute teacher? This change from 60 semester hours of credit to 36 semester hours of credit occurred as a part of Senate Bill 681, which was signed by Governor Parsons and became effective as of June, 2022.

Panthers baseball beats Exeter 10-0 and Galena 10-0 in the Morrisville Fall Baseball Tournament. We play in the championship at 5:30 on Saturday.
Thank you for a great 1st week of school! We have a new Student Information System called Teacher Ease. We are excited for this new system and it has a lot of great features for parents. You can access the system on the web at www.teacherease.com or you can download the mobile app on your providers app store. Just search for 'teacher ease' and download the Parent/Student version. Parents/Guardians should be able to sign up using the email we have on file for you. The app gives parents and students access to assignments, grades, attendance, lunch information, quick email communication, and more. We have deactivated some of these features as we work through the kinks of the new system. We are confident this is going to increase two way communication and increase the school and parent partnership. We hope you have a great weekend and we can't wait to see our students back on Tuesday!

Reminder parent/player meeting for any students in 6th through 8th grade interested in playing Jr high basketball will be Thursday Aug. 11 in the FEMA. Boys at 6 pm. Girls at 6:30. Practice starts Monday August 15.

We are looking forwards to seeing the kids back healthy and happy! Please make sure your kiddos going into K, 8th, and 12th grade are up to date on all the required Immunizations. They will not be able to start school without them.

JH and HS Cross Country parent meeting will be this Sunday, August 7th at 3:00pm in the choir room. Athlete and a parent/guardian must attend. Please bring an updated physical with you. Any questions contact Coach Boone

For anyone interested in playing HS baseball this fall - there will be a short informational meeting on Sunday, August 7th at 3pm in the FEMA. Player and a parent must attend. Make sure you have a physical turned into the office beforehand if you are playing.
There will be NO MCE fall sports meeting on August 7th. Instead, each individual sports coach will be contacting student-athletes/parents to let them know when your specific sport meeting will be held. Each athlete must have an updated physical. Sorry for any inconvenience.
