Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd grade parents: It’s hard to believe, but our Spring program is just 7 weeks away! This means we will begin auditions for speaking parts next week (February 25-28). Your child should have received a permission form in their backpacks today! If your child wants to audition for a part, I MUST have a permission form signed before their music class time! #MCEAlwaysLearning

This morning, MCE MS/HS teachers stepped out of their comfort zone to present to each other on numerous PD opportunities. We tend to shine in isolation, but when given the opportunity, get to share that light with each other to become better teachers for our students. #PantherNation

MCE has been hit hard with sickness, including the flu. Please remember, if your child exhibits flu-like symptoms, keep them home from school until they are fever free (without medicine) for 24 hours. Our custodians have been working very hard to sanitize and deep clean the entire building during the snow days.
